The SaaS Arm of Acute SEO.
Acute SEO AI is the productized SaaS division of Acute SEO — a Reno, Nevada digital agency founded in 2017 that has built and ranked law firm and home services websites for over nine years. We exist because small businesses needed three things their old marketing stack wasn’t delivering: traffic that converts, conversations that don’t leave money on the table, and a website that won’t get them sued. So we built the tools and the documentation layer around all three.
Why this exists
For nine years we’ve watched the same pattern across every law firm and small business we’ve worked with: traffic shows up, traffic leaves, and 97% of it never becomes a lead. Static contact forms ignored, no follow-up after-hours, no qualifying before the call — just a pile of analytics with nothing to show for it.
At the same time, a parallel pattern: a wave of ADA accessibility demand letters arriving in inboxes, targeting the exact same small businesses, with settlements averaging $25,000–$75,000. Most of them had paid for an overlay widget that was supposed to prevent exactly this. 22.6% of all H1 2025 web accessibility lawsuits targeted sites with overlays installed.
So we built the alternative for both problems. The Acute SEO AI platform combines an AI Chatbot and an AI Contact Form that engage visitors, qualify leads, and capture intent 24/7 — and a code-level accessibility remediation engine that actually modifies your site’s HTML before the browser sees it. Two product lines, one suite, one Reno team writing the production code. The compliance side of the suite runs its own specialist site at acuteadacompliance.com for clients who need the full plans, VPATs, certificates, and law-firm hub.
Who runs it
Derrick Tulali — Founder, Acute SEO & Lead Architect, Acute SEO AI · LinkedIn profile
Derrick founded Acute SEO in 2017 and has spent the last nine-plus years building, ranking, and maintaining WordPress sites for law firms — primarily personal injury, family law, and immigration practices in California, New York, Texas, Florida, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. He is the lead architect of the Acute SEO AI platform, writes the production code himself for the AI Chatbot, AI Contact Form, and accessibility engine, runs the support calls, and signs off on every Enterprise engagement personally.
The combination of nine years inside the WordPress codebase, nine years of small-business SEO results, and nine years watching what plaintiff attorneys actually target in demand letters is what shaped how the product suite works. Most AI lead-capture tools were built by ML engineers who’ve never run a small business. Most accessibility tools were built by accessibility specialists who don’t know WordPress. Acute SEO AI was built by a working SEO & WordPress developer who got tired of watching clients lose leads on one side and receive demand letters on the other.
The broader team
The platform runs on a small, technical team based in Reno, Nevada. The people most directly involved with the products and managed engagements:
Founder & Lead Architect. 9+ years WordPress and law firm SEO. Writes the AI Chatbot, AI Contact Form, and accessibility remediation engines. Runs Enterprise engagements personally.
Co-Founder. Co-owner of Acute SEO since 2017. Oversees strategic direction and client relationships across the agency and its specialist divisions.
Operations Director. Backend operations, project implementation, and the operational framework behind every managed client engagement.
Lead WordPress Developer. Heads custom WordPress development. Hands-on with the integration work that wires the AI products and accessibility engine into each client’s existing site.
Senior SEO Specialist. 7+ years SEO experience with a Local SEO specialty for law firms — the vertical that drives the most qualified traffic into AI chatbot and form sessions.
Project Manager. Coordinates client engagements from onboarding through delivery. The point of contact for ongoing AI training, lead-flow tuning, and remediation work.
What makes the platform different
Four things, all of them earned rather than marketed:
- The AI is custom-trained on your business. Not a generic chatbot. Not a bolted-on widget. Derrick personally trains every chatbot and contact form on your services, your verticals, your geographic coverage, and your qualifying criteria before it goes live.
- The compliance remediation is real. Not an overlay. Not a "widget that simulates accessibility." Real HTML modification before the browser receives the page — the same way a human developer would write it, but automated and re-applied on every render.
- The documentation is the product. The fixes matter, but what holds up in a legal challenge is the audit trail. The compliance side generates reports, VPATs, certificates, and accessibility statements automatically — and timestamps them.
- We tell you the limits. AI chatbots and forms don’t replace good salespeople. Automated accessibility covers approximately 68% of WCAG 2.1 Level AA; the other 32% needs a human. We say so on the front page. Honesty about scope is the only sustainable position in a market built on overpromising.
Where the numbers come from
Specific stats and standards we cite across this site, and the primary sources behind them. If you’re evaluating a SaaS vendor for your firm or your client, these are the documents your team will already know:

3
DOJ Title II web accessibility final rule (April 2024). The Department of Justice rule under Title II of the ADA that explicitly applies WCAG 2.1 Level AA to state and local government web content and mobile apps. The most consequential federal accessibility rule in a decade and the document private-sector defense counsel reference for the direction of enforcement.

A note on certifications. Individual practitioner certifications from IAAP (CPACC, WAS) are something the accessibility industry is actively credentialing toward, and we are pursuing them. We will not claim a certification we do not yet hold; what we offer instead is nine years of production WordPress experience and a remediation engine you can audit at the code level. If a CPACC or WAS credential is a procurement requirement for your firm, ask us directly and we will give you a straight answer about where we are in the certification process.
Where we are
Headquartered in Reno, Nevada. Clients in California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and across the country — including high-target verticals like personal injury, family law, immigration, dental, home services, and small healthcare practices. WordPress-first for both the AI conversion tools and accessibility remediation; managed engagements support other platforms via the manual remediation tier on the compliance side.
How we think about pricing
Most "AI chatbot" SaaS tools charge $29–$99 a month for a generic widget you have to train and tune yourself. Most "accessibility solutions" charge $39–$169 a month for an overlay that doesn’t actually fix anything. Dev agencies charge $5,000–$50,000+ for one-time custom builds that go stale six months later. We sit in the middle, intentionally — high enough to deliver custom-trained AI, real accessibility remediation, and a documentation layer; low enough that small businesses and small firms can actually afford it. The math: one qualified lead a month or one avoided demand letter pays for the platform many times over.
What we won’t do
We won’t tell you an AI chatbot will replace your sales team. It won’t; it qualifies and captures so your people can focus on real conversations. We won’t tell you our automation gets you to 100% WCAG compliance. It doesn’t; nothing does, automatically. We won’t sell you an overlay-style widget under a different name. We won’t pressure you into a tier above what your traffic or risk profile justifies. And we won’t keep selling you the product if the relationship isn’t working — clean exits matter to us as much as clean starts.
